Rec soccer · ages 5 to 7 · 60 minute practices
Ten practices. Zero guesswork.
Every practice is planned for you: what to set up, what to say, and what to look for. Every kid gets a ball, nobody waits in a line.
Every practice, the same 60 minutes
Kids learn the routine fast. You never have to wonder what's next.

Six rules for the coach
- No lines, no laps, no lectures. If kids are standing around waiting, change the game.
- Every kid gets a ball.More touches make better players, faster.
- Talk for 30 seconds, max.Kneel down, say it, then let them play.
- Ask, don't tell."Where's the space?" works better than "Go left!"
- Nobody is ever out.Lose the ball? Do a quick challenge, then jump back in.
- Praise effort, not results."That was brave!" If the game is lopsided, change the rule, not the kid.
The 5-week plan
Two practices a week. The second one repeats the theme, so the kids already know the warm-up and can explain it.
Week 1Keep It Close
Lots of touches with the ball glued to their feet.
Week 2Find the Space
Turns, pull-backs, and getting away from trouble.
Week 3Score!
Look up, pick a target, and shoot.
Week 4Be Brave 1v1
Take on a defender, then win the ball back.
Week 5Festival Week
Kids' favorites, a mini World Cup, and kids vs grown-ups.
